R bond grade hardness offer the best of both worlds; it is soft enough to allow fast stock removal but hard enough to prolong the useful life of the disc which means less changing. These 6 inch grinding wheels are made to be attached to a 6″ angle grinder, and are the perfect abrasive wheel for general grinding, removing weld splatter or rust. Use this 6” x 1/4″ x 7/8″ grinding disk on steel, stainless steel, all ferrous metals, iron pipe, metal tubing or bar stock.
